Catering Management for WomenHack at ON

It was in September when we got a message from ON that they would be having the pleasure of hosting the Women Hack in November.

As we had done several events with ON in the past, they were certain that Kitty Party was the right one to support them in handling a few of the responsibilities delegated to them.

Being a Woman Entrepreneur, this Event came with a higher purpose of supporting all the women out there who are making a strong and visible place for themselves in the field of technology.

We showed them menus of different cuisines for them to choose from. We had a few iterations of revising the menu and eventually we were able to create a personalized menu for their event. As Events are always have a budget guideline, fitting a good quality impressive menu in the budget is crucial. Many of the people attended just after their office hours, and everyone could take a moment to enjoy the drinks and the food.

We took care to document every single detail that was discussed in all the Zoom Calls and the Site Visit. 

Sometimes even after all these preparations things don't go as per plan. There are always hidden surprises as so many parties and stakeholders are involved but this time there was not a chance of deviation from the original event plan. Soon the event hall was full of attendees in a blink of an eye! People from the companies who wanted to hire more women power in tech graciously introduced themselves.

The Womenhack and the ON team were so appreciative of our work that they gave me, Nistha a chance to introduce Kitty Party to a room full of talented and powerful women who had collected from all parts of the world to bring the women of Berlin forward in the spheres of technology.

We are so happy and our hearts at Kitty Party are full of gratitude as we could get a chance to contribute a little to such a huge mission.

We would definitely love to collaborate more with the Women Hack in Future, and certainly we would like to do many more such events for ON Cloud who are among our favourite clients.

Nistha catered for a meet-up that a colleague and I hosted last month. The food was great, the service professional and the interactions warm.

I would happily work with her again for future events.
