A Cool Summer Outdoor Team Building Day

If you ever ask a Berliner what their favorite season is, you'll likely hear "Summer" as the resounding answer. Summer is the time everyone likes to get out of their houses and enjoy the hot summer nights with a pint of chilled beer and good company. While that may not be the case for corporations and its employees, many companies want to give the joy of summer to their team and they find it to be a great opportunity to appreciate their employees. One such company is Delivery Hero, who wanted to throw a summer party for their Global Search and Discovery team. At Kitty Party, we were fortunate to be part of crafting this memorable experience for them.

We made sure to have a backup plan for the games in case it rained, though luckily, the weather in Berlin was on our side and the games turned out to be a big hit! (Shout out to the awesome weather – thanks, Berlin!). We also organized affordable yet high-quality gifts for the attendees, encouraging a great sense of sportsmanship. The games had a purpose of bringing everyone together, giving them the chance to show appreciation for their teams and stay pumped up throughout the company party. Oh, and we sprinkled little surprises all around the venue for the teams to discover, adding an extra dash of excitement. The team-building games really hit the mark – introverts and extroverts alike had a blast!

After we were done playing the games everyone was ravenous. We helped them arrange for a lovely lunch for the team, taking care of their dietary restrictions and preferences. There were a variety of food options ranging from vegan to non-veg options which the team thoroughly enjoyed. And what’s a party without drinks? There were also a myriad of drink options for everyone to choose from.

In the end, the Delivery Hero summer party became a memorable event, blending Berlin's love for summer with a dynamic team spirit.
