Kitty Party helped in Party Planning for the Year End Party of a Berlin Tech Company
A lot of companies have been celebrating their year-end parties virtually and in-person with us at The Kitty Party.
One of our special events was for a Tech Company from Berlin and we would love to share our story behind the scenes. They had a blast, and if you look at the pictures, you'll be enthralled to see the excitement that reflects in them.
Their requirements for the location and the arrangements were specific and clear — they wanted an inclusive holiday event at a homely venue not far from their office. I along with my team, figured out a beautiful location for the event in a brief amount of time. Then we set out to make all arrangements for the event to be a success.
Celebrating the team's entire year’s effort and recharging them so they can look forward to newer goals for the upcoming year was their focus for the evening.
Inclusive and enchanting decor is always a delight
Team members got the chance to be creative together as they decorated a Christmas tree with inclusive, unconventional decor. The teams also crafted Gingerbread houses and coloured in illustrations with unusual colors which left plenty of room for creativity and relaxation.
A photo booth was one of the requirements from the client and so we wanted to create a photo booth that could make the team excited to pose! We incorporated eye-catching props from different parts of Berlin. It was a colossal hit among the teammates who were thrilled to pose for the camera! Amidst the multitude of photographers available in Berlin, we always want to hire someone who values privacy and fits the requirements of a specific event. The photographer we hired was a delight to work with, and the team loved all the aesthetic pictures from the photo booth.
They also organized fun mini games, and we supported them with our customized templates. It's always our pleasure to help facilitate any games and activities you have in mind for your events, and we provide all the templates and resources for the same.
Their team had also expressed their wish to make some donations to a charity organization for children, and it was a great delight! Arranging toys and presents for the kids was really fulfilling. The team at the company wrapped all the presents beautifully, and it was great to see that everyone felt so closely connected to the cause. We also bought presents for the team to find, and that made for another thrilling team activity.

The team expressed their thankfulness by penning down heartfelt messages of gratitude for their fellow colleagues. They could also send postcards to their teammates or their loved ones who were outside Berlin.
A montage of pictures from the entire year played on a loop throughout the event, reflecting moments of happiness, laughter and bonding. Incorporating elements like glowing bracelets, party caps and gratitude stickers added to the cordiality of the event.
The holiday event was inclusive and highly interactive in all aspects, from the menu, to the decorations and activities. The location was all decked up with lights, candles and personalized banners with their logos. They had requested an extensive menu of various cocktails, and we made sure to cater to all food preferences. The team also got really imaginative as they assembled their own tacos at a designated station.
Of course, Kitty Party events are incomplete without dancing! The team members grooved to a playlist of diverse upbeat music, ending their year on a great note. There was something to keep everyone in the group engaged — be it dancing for those who enjoy it or exciting board games for those who preferred the quiet.
The event is a success when the group members are connecting smoothly with each other, there are smiles and joyous faces all around us, and it was particularly an evening where we could feel the happiness radiating throughout the group.
Sometimes new situations come up when we manage events, however, anything that is stressful and challenging for you is fun for us at Kitty Party.
